Welcome!  It is my sincerest hope that you are able to find the answers needed for your child to reach their potential and find joy and fulfillment in learning and in all their endeavors.  With over 13 years of experience in the public school setting, I have gained considerable skills in evaluating children and adolescents to help understand the reasons for difficulties they might be experiencing. This includes identifying cognitive deficits that might indicate a learning disability, as well as characteristics consistent with other conditions such as ADHD, autism, intellectual disabilities, and emotional/behavioral disorders such as anxiety and depression. I also have a great deal of experience with conducting evaluations to assess for giftedness. 

It is my belief that evaluations must uncover the "why."  In other words, the purpose of the evaluation is to understand why a child is struggling. Once that is understood, school teams and parents can begin to collaborate to come up with solutions. My evaluations will use targeted assessments that have a clear purpose.  My goal is to always provide a thorough and high-quality evaluation that results in answers.
